Shipping
We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary by product.
UPDATE: Processing time for art prints is currently 5-10 business days, due to paper shortages and industry delays.
We offer free shipping on orders over $30! (US mainland only, 5-8 business day shipping speed. Discount applied automatically at checkout)
Due to COVID-19, domestic and international shipping has been suffering delays. In October 2021, USPS also lengthened shipping times from 2-3 days to up to 5 days for domestic mail. We will continue to process and ship out orders at the expected time, but the shipping delays may cause your order to take longer than usual to arrive. We appreciate you ordering early to ensure your items arrive on time.

Packaging
Kela Designs is striving to make our packaging materials more eco-friendly to help our earth! We use reused, recycled, compostable, and recyclable materials as much as possible, and are working to phase out single-use plastics in our packaging.
Tracking your order
All US domestic orders for certain items include tracking. Please note that the tracking can take up to 48 hours to update the tracking after orders are mailed.
Click the link with the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email to track your order.
Once orders are dropped at the post office, they are unfortunately out of our hands. We are provided with the same tracking information you are and we are not responsible for items lost by mail carriers.
If you have not received your order 2 weeks after its ship date, please contact your local USPS to check on the status of your package. Please let us know if they are unable to locate your package.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order or correct your shipping address. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the mail carrier, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Buying Larger Quantities
If you are interested in buying more quantities of an item than what appears available, please send us and email at hello@keladesigns.com! We'd be happy to help you with a custom amount.
Gift Wrap
We offer gift wrap of your entire order! Add the gift wrap option at checkout, change the shipping address to your recipient, and leave a personalized message if you wish. Don't forget to sign your name!
